Experiencing all the WDW resorts

What is the cheapest way for locals/passholders to experience all the WDW resorts? Moderate and deluxe. Aside from seasonal pricing.

I'd say get a job as a CM and get the Disney employee discounted rates.

Just go and walk around or make ADRs? If you want to actually stay there, there is no magic secret to it. CM rates are usually the best, then perhaps TAs, and then whatever assorted discounts they offer to Visa/AP/DVC/Gen Public. Sometimes people have luck with either Priceline or Expedia, but no idea how that compares to the other mentioned discounts.
