EPCOT; Tutto Italia or San Angel Inn?

Neither? Of the two, Tutto Italia, but Via Napoli is better. San Angel Inn is legitimately lousy if you live anywhere with access to good local Mexican food.

None of the restaurants at Epcot are particularly good when compared to legit restaurants you can access in any real city (or a few minutes away at Disney Springs even). It's all basically on the same level as all-inclusive cruise food IMO. Therefore you judge it by the atmosphere, not the food itself. So in that case, I give the edge to San Angel and its pretty solid margaritas. (Especially the avocado!)

We went to San Angel Inn both last November and last March and it was excellent. We haven't been to Tutto Italia though so I can't compare. For some reason, maybe it because we're from NY and there's great Italian food everywhere, we almost never get it at WDW.
