Epcot was incredibly slow, better than a lot of off season days on Tuesday. Most wait times seemed to hover 15-20 minutes. Maelstrom and Mexico were no more than 10 minutes every time I looked. Soarin' was busy, hitting an hour at one point. Mission: Space had an empty Q and was posted as 5 minutes.
MGM was much busier with Tower of Terror anywhere from 20 minutes to 50 minutes. RnR Coaster was very busy, usually around an hour. They seemed to be having problems with smooth cycling of the cars so that may have attributed. Great Movie Ride was 25 minutes. Backlot Tour was 20 minutes.
