is it just me or is that spiel way too forced!!! Its like they are trying too hard, and worried their point wont get across about change.

Just watched/listened to the videos @trainplane3 posted (great quality, BTW ). I agree, it seems way too forced to me. I have other quibbles with parts of the script, like the aforementioned quoting Walt to suit current agendas, but that's a different topic.

The show was firing on all cylinders last night. There was a 5-10 minute rain delay. Our friend was concerned they wouldn't do the lagoon perimeters but the weather ended up clearing a few minutes before the show started. For those that wonder of the views from the dock, here it is. These clips don't do it justice whatsoever. There'll also be a very high quality, show length video coming at some point:


I hate vertical videos but this was the best way to capture this:


It was beyond incredible. That little bit of extra distance into World Showcase lagoon made a world of difference.

Truly the greatest fireworks show ever created!!! I personally enjoy watching it after a good rain because the humidity seems to make everything "pop" more. Thanks for sharing.

No problem! Glad I was able to share in the first place!

The downside was how the wind died down so much after the rain that the smoke settled for a chunk of the show.

Amazing videos. Looking forward to the show-length one, I expect it to be one of the best Illuminations recordings I've been able to find!

It did surprise us how much the dock was bouncing throughout the show. The stream on the previous page has the spiel for the dock warning us of it.

I was there on Wednesday night and also was amazed at being able to see the show firing on all cylinders. Looks like it wasn’t just a fluke lol Thank you for sharing the pics and video. It’s greatly appreciated!
