I've never been one to write a blog experience, mostly because it reminds me of school. Being that I no longer live in Florida and this is going to be a primarily action packed trip I figured it would be fun to share in the experience with other fellow Disney friends.
A little background... I am a retail manager who lives in Colorado and had the unfortunate fortune of having the summer off due to my mall being destroyed by a hail storm. It's been fortunate in that I've had all summer to plan my trip, build a new home, and just relax after many years of working. So this is my last trip of freedom before the mall is repaired, and we head to holiday season.
My partner who is traveling with me will be celebrating his 30th birthday for the 6th time, and we also plan to have friends and family staying with us in randomness throughout the trip. We are both Annual Passholders (spillover from living in Orlando) and DVC members.
Anyway what fun is a blog without photos, so here is a fireworks shot from a previous trip...
We will be staying from September 1st through the 9th splitting our time between Saratoga Springs and Boulder Ridge and have a very early flight on the 1st to make the most of our first day. Hopefully I will be able to update each day or do some after posts... stay tuned.
