DVC Shop Rentals

Hi all, looking to shop confirmed reservations at one of the many sites. Has anyone had any experiences with DVC Shop rentals out of California? Any info would be welcome, thanks!

They sponsor one of the larger Facebook groups. Although that should be taken with a grain of salt (like, see David's and owner responses to that place during early covid stages), they are established folks with a following I have neither rented not bought resale but do know Bee, the lady on the resale side, a bit. I don't personally know the rental person but overall I'd be comfortable working with them.
