As a person who rented DVC points through Dave's Vacation Club, do I pay for Parking at the resort?

I'm staying at Old Key West in September.

99 percent sure you do not pay for parking.

Reservations made using DVC points are not subject to the resort daily parking fee.

I rented through Dave's last year and stayed at OKW. No parking fee.

There is no parking fee. DVC OWNERS essentially own part of their parking lot as common area. This is why parking is still free of charge.

actually we just pay for the upkeep of the parking lots in our dues. That's why even renters get it for free. It's being paid for by the owners.
