Not DVC - the Disney Vacation FUND. The Savings Account you can setup with Disney to pay for vacations if you don't know how to budget your own money.

They had a "glitch" and doubled up on the auto-withdrawals on a bunch of people's personal bank accounts.

It's being reversed and they're paying all overdraft/late fees.
