DVC Cast Member Discount

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone knew of the current cast member discount for dvc, also if there was one, could you use it when buying from “sold out” properties or only on the newer ones? Looking to purchase within the next few months and seeing if it was worth buying direct (with a potential discount) or resale.
