Disney Reservation Center has been throwing Cast events that feature special and unique characters. Several Instagram accounts have gained access to these events that feature characters like Dumbo and the Stitch cousins.

Question 1. How is access granted to a non CM inside a secure building?

Question 2. How does someone gain access to set schedules of said rare characters?

Question 3. Despite being a Cast Member event can anyone show up and attend?
