They don't have a clue.
However, plans have changed thanks to Anaheim politics. There will never be a hotel there.

I really hope rainforest makes a comeback. It was one of their better locations, and was always fun to visit while at DTD. I know Landry’s had expressed an interest to return to the location at one point, but since then there hasn’t been any word on anything.

I still think that airport-looking hotel that would have limited the footprint of DTD was a terrible idea. Disneyland hotels are pretentious and overpriced, only for the super rich with disposable income and not commoners who would logically just opt for a cheaper hotel outside the gates. The last thing DLR needs is more overpriced rooms. I say bring back the businesses and jobs in that area.
