DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando/Disney Springs area

Hello, I have always stayed on WDW property in the past. I am looking at off site properties and have booked a stay at DoubleTree Suites/Disney Springs area.
Can anyone tell me if they stayed there? Pro's/Con's.

Pros- big rooms, kitchenette with microwave, sink, table. Can get some really good deals that wave parking fee, much quieter than Disney resorts, hotel loyalty program to earn points for free nights.
Cons- best if have own car, bus is ok to parks not great so transport to parks takes longer (if using bus), furthest from Disney Springs (not a terrible walk though), think they started a resort fee now too so deals aren’t as great as they used to be
If you have 4-5 people it’s much nicer to have space vs cramped in a Disney deluxe or the few mods that accommodate 5 people.

I've stayed here and really like this hotel as the rooms are bigger and it is so quick to get in and out - you can be outside the hotel usually within 3-5 min of leaving your room, elevator included.
