I don't remember the name, but there was a children's book adapted by Walt Disney animation about a country house that gets gradually surrounded by the encroaching city. If I remember correctly, narrated by Sterling Holloway. It looks kind of like that house.

Or, just a generic house doodle.

I dont know the significance of the # 157 but on a couple of other sites that show the assortment of Disney pumpkins they describe this as a "schoolhouse" pumpkin. Other pumpkins are designed and placed in specific spots to tie into the building they sit around. Since this one is at the Art Festival building on Center street, which also has 2 pumpkins one with a pen and the other a paint brush cut out... maybe theres a connection to a specific art school ?
