DME...different flights...same room

I have a question about DME.

My friends and I might be departing from 4 different airports and arriving at MCO around the same time.

Could we still add DME to our existing room-only reservation?

How would this work?

We are traveling January 11-20 2010 and staying at POP.

Just call and add your flight info. Then just add your bag tags to your luggage before you leave. Shouldn't be any problems.

The only issue is distributing the tags and barcode page to the individual flyers as they will be shipped to the lead person on the reservation.

That person will need to distribute the yellow luggage tags and make copies of the pertinent pages of the booklet for the others and give it to them...if you are all going to meet before going to the DME counter at MCO, there is no need to copy the booklet info - unless the others need a map of the airport to help them get to the DME counter.

I've found that sometimes Central Reservations CMs have issues trying to get different flights assigned to each Guest on a reservation. (I've had problems about half the time) In those instances, I've found it easier to call DME directly using the toll-free number they provide to give them the flights.
