Because they want people to sign up for both Hulu and Disney Plus. Hulu is to complete with Netflix and Disney Plus is the family service for everyone. Why not just add an 20th Century Fox / R-rated section to Disney+ that the account holder can decide to password protect if they wish. Seems easier than maintaining a separate streaming service.

What category was Simpsons placed?
Wait and get Disney+ for the month of December. The $6.99 is cheaper than going to the movies.Just saw the Mandalorian on a TV commercial. Got excited then saw it was the new streaming service. Another thing I won't get to see, but oh well.

I saw on the site the shall not be named that Disney+ will be featuring advertisements for Starz, in exchange for Disney gaining some of their library back, non-exclusively. The advertisements won't be invasive, but this does mean that service won't be entirely ad-free.

I'd like to congratulate that fan site which only exists to list what's on D+ for a brand new article giving information released six months ago.
You can download stuff from Disney+. It might take a while, but it should work.I live in the country. Last time I tried to stream anything it didnt work out. Just dont have the internet speed out here. I just have to go through the channels and find something to watch or sometimes we download to the DVR.
Buy a tablet and download somewhere where you can get high speed internet. Once its on your tablet, you should be able to stream it to your smart TV.You can download stuff from Disney+. It might take a while, but it should work.
