According to a new notice, the lobby at Disney's Beach Club Villas will undergo maintenance in phases from August 3 through mid-September, 2026.
Disney says portions of the lobby may be temporarily unavailable, and alternate paths of travel may be in place. Guests may see or hear construction activity in the area from 10am to 6pm until the work is complete.
