It's the "more Disney" part that doesn't bode well for the future of Epcot. Epcot is it's own thing, or at least, it was. It never needed to be "more" anything except an updated version of what it was.

I noticed that wording too. For my family, the foodie park is Disney Springs.

I hope this actually means they'll make merch that represents the pavilions and not more IP centered crap that I can buy at literally any park in WDW. #1 reason why I never buy anything except for anniversaries. The original iconography is truly timeless.

Nightmare scenario: They pull a Windows 10 and all of the new icons are differently shaped instead of all being circle/square/etc based.

(Caveat: If they do indeed reveal an amazingly expanded and true-to-the-original Spaceship Earth, then I'll be happy.)

I noticed in reading the news -"Preserve ALL of the elements that make this park so special." Ah, yeah. NO Universe of Energy, rumors that The Land and The Living Seas will be torn down. Yup, that is how you keep "ALL of the elements!"

Well these rumors aren't true so...

Imagination 1.0 > 2.0 > 3.0 > 1.0?

If they make an Imagination with Figment and Dreamfinder and it's as timeless as the original was/could've been, I may be able to overlook some of the destruction happening elsewhere in the park (present and past). They can either reboot it and base it on the Marvel comics or go for a ride based off the original. I mean "Dreamfinder" is still around and would still do voice work, I'm sure.
