Goths will find it pretty awesome. Disney Fans will think its a nice alternative to the classic storybook wedding venues. Its also a more intimate setting for those that want to have a wedding with a smaller audience compared to others which can get complicated with too many people. The best part is its an environment that is carefully controlled. No need to be in an open air environment where anything can happen. The best part is after the party is over you are not too far away from the honeymoon suite. hehe

As stated, I'm peripherally associated with the wedding industry. I'm familiar with the amenities of different types of venues, venue costs, food costs, etc. So this will appeal to the affluent goths and Disney Adults? That sounds an awful lot like... a niche market. With a high priced barrier to entry for anyone and everyone in attendance. Plus the price tag for the event itself. And hoping the seas are fairly calm during the ceremony, or else the chance for ... . Plus the wedding party has just dropped a large travel bill in the lap of anyone attending. Maybe that's not a problem for some, but DCL isn't exactly the cheapest cruising option.

Never underestimate people willing to spend big for what they think is that one time only thing. People will spend millions on a wedding then be stuck paying for it for years to come. That is why there is a successful wedding industry. People may not have the cash but if they think it memorable enough they will do it. As for niche market, that is true but then there is a lot of potential ways people have gotten married which cost more. Besides how long before someone tries to do a beetlejuice meets haunted mansion wedding. hehe Yeah there is beetlejuice themed weddings so its a possibility.
