We are DVC owners and when we were at WDW a couple of weeks ago and in for a members update, he was telling us about the new DVC resort in Hawaii. I think that it is supposed to be open in 2010. I can't wait!

IIRC it's supposed to be in the Ko Olina area, another vacation resort like HH. FWIW.
