Disney Fastpass Plus

Hey Guys! :D I recently got an email about the Disney Fastpass Plus for the Be our guest restaurant in the Magic Kingdom, and that we were selected! :D But the problem is, I kept doing the claim reservation step and the first couple of times it said "error please try again later" but now it is saying "Guest is already registered". I'm not sure if this is normal, or something is wrong. If anyone knows anything about this I would gladly accept any helpful information or tips! Thank you!

Thanks, I literally called every Disney number, and no one had any answers! :mad: But when I checked in at my hotel today(WL) they told us we had to go to guest relations at the magic kingdom to figure this out tomorrow. Why us? :( My dh and dd are going to MK when it opens in the morning to get in the park and then leave, and we are going back later in the day to eat there(if everything goes along as plan). Hope everything goes smoothly! Just another thing to stress about on our trip :(

It has absolutely nothing to do with any reservation center or dining line. It is a test being conducted by the IT Park Operations folks for NextGen in terms of a new QSR dining element. The only other people involved are MK guest relations and the cast members at BOG. Keep in mind, if you are selected and agree to it, you are part of a live test environment. Things may or may not work. Some scenarios are programmed not to work to test what would happen when MM+ actually roles out to all guests.

How did it work out?

well everything luckily worked out, but my husband and daughter went to MK in the morning to guest relations and they said it took them under 5 minutes! It wasn't like I thought it would be, it was more of disney fast food in special rooms. I thought it would be like one of the resturants at Disney like Artist Point, Cinderella's Royal Table, etc. but it wasn't so I was a little upset about that. But the food was still delicious! Another thing was we ordered the Mahi mahi for my daughter(11) from the kids menu, and it was super small, and she didn't end up liking it. But most of the food there is amazing! Overall it would be about 4 stars.
