Not to mention the weirdness of swapping it out for a fireworks show that assumes the viewers have a stronger connection to, like, "Onward" than to, say, Its A Small World.
Agreed.

I could see not doing a full on Remember show (although I think it would be more popular than Disney management thinks) - but to ignore all of the classic theme park music? Seems odd.

I found samples of Disney's Enchantment that contains Moana song "We Know the Way", which i think, borrowed from Illuminate...A Nighttime Celebration (SHDL 5th anniversary fireworks show). The difference is the song that supposedly will shown in DE will using English, where in Illuminate, the song is in Chinese (maybe)

They gonna play Try Everything or When Can We Do This Again for the Judy Hopps and Wreck It Ralph segments?

Im afraid this is going to be one of those far and few shows that will make a grown man cry. So far I think the soundtrack could be up there with Spectro and Wishes.this has that real Spectro soundtrack feel in this video, that sound that just makes the night and makes your heart melt.

The soundtrack is not real. The real soundtrack is reprised version of "You Are the Magic" sung by Phillip Lawrence and Kayla with their choir, not instrumental and in sightly different arrangement.

Isn’t that the background. I don’t know how someone would even get that audio tho besides Martin. And these voices they chose I think are much better than the ones in Happily every after. What where hearing here I think is ripped off that video and they enhanced what ever was picked up in that video If that’s remotely possible.

I personally don’t have issue with the content of EF and would agree with you on the restricted budget impacting pyro.

However, I do recall seeing/hearing a mixed bag of feedback following the show’s (EF) debut.

It’ll be interesting to see what the general guest reaction is from those that experience it from within the park, following the debut of DE.
Most of the negative feedback about content around was actually about using IP (Aladdin). Who knows what the general public thought... That was probably their favorite part

I hope the show is good. I am worried after having a chat with a friend who has seen the show and said it isn't as good as Happily Ever After. That some of the IP they were forced to use in the show simply doesn't work. They said the Main Street USA projections were good but some segments fall flat because of the song choice or lack of emotional connection to the IP being used. They did have good things to say about Harmonious so there is that.

Here’s a clip from tonight’s testing with music added on. Lots of HEA shells being reused in this segment, will be interesting to see in a couple months (after HEA stockpile runs out) if those shells remain or are replaced with specialized shells designed/picked specifically for it.

I REALLY hope they pipe in car alarms on Main Street too :)
