Disney Dubai?

I usually roll my eyes at speculative posts. And this one is certainly speculative. But the info comes from where all leaked info about companies seems to come from these days...people working on the tech side of things.

Could it be that Disney Dubai is on the horizon? Martin? Wdw1974? Hear anything?

Cue the eye rolling now. I will be at least half-eye-rolling.

I know it was considered. Lots of factors prevented it from going forward then, most of which still remain.

I have always thought one day this would be a reality but I am not sure how Disney is look at in the UAE. Positive or negative? I know they love them some Ferrari World.

At one point some concept art was released for the project. Obviously this never came to fruition though.

A Death Star and a Radiator Springs inside a MK style park? It also appears to have a resort hotel inside the castle? Go ahead Dubai, take my money now!
