For anyone have suggestions for family of 25 plus a newborn. We will have 12 adults and 14 children ranging from 10 weeks to 17 years. We are looking for a place that either has tables to accommodate 25(with a newborn) and/or is willing to go the extra mile to place 2-3 tables in the same vicinity.

Please advise.

You're going to have to call the dining number. I don't think there's a single table service restaurant that will take an online reservation for that number of people. I'm sure that if you call, a cast member will be able to give you all of your options. Unfortunately you may not have many. Good Luck

Most likely none will be able to accomadate a party of that size. We once had a party of 13 and we had to split up every whereand that is half the size of your party. I would think your best shot would be Ohanathey were the only place that did not make our party of 13 split.

Trails End, we did that at Christmas one year with a big group. and we were a party of 15 this past December and everywhere we books they put tables for us together or were side by side. But you will have to call with that big of a number

Agreed - most likely you'll need to split into smaller groups in order to be accommodated with the best possible service. Ask if it would be possible for you to be seated near each other, they might be able to make that work.

Traveling with 16 a number of years ago, we had a large table at 'Ohana, Tony's, California Grille and Flying Fish. At others we were split between two or three tables. I preferred the split tables, with a very large table and the noise of the restaurant you can't converse with most of the people you are sitting with anyway - they might as well be at a separate table. Also, make sure everyone arrives on time....four of my large group always ran late, holding everyone up and causing us to miss our ready table at 'Ohana, delaying that meal by another hour (and caused a similar delay at SciFi). Fortunately, they left half way thru the trip.

I sees the title and instantly my brain remembers that little clause on restaurant receipts about an automatic 18% gratuity for parties over 8 people...not certain if that applies to Disney or not...

I've taken my team(30+)multiple times. We've gone to Crystal Palace, Hoop De Do, Planet Hollywood, Rainforest Cafe and we had an option of somewhere in AK this go round.

Are you using an agent? They could probably help you navigate this.

Our last trip we were split up into 3 groups of 15 but we all sat in same area.

Call the Disney dining number and ask for Group Sales. They have coordinators to work with groups of your size. They'll take your info, restaurants etc and do the work for you and then set it up for you.

A couple of years ago we did a group of 15 and had good luck at Whispering Canyon Café, Mama Melroses, Narcoossee's, and O'hana. All reservations had to be called to the reservation line and with Narcoossee's we had to call the actual restaurant. We also did Be Our Guest (it had just opened) and they got us in the same server section, so we weren't right next to each other but were pretty close.
