I was watching one of my favorite shows which is Attack of the Show on G4 tv channel.

If you're into games and gadgets movies and entertainment and such you should definitely check it out.

Anyways last week during their news segment called the feed headlines they had quite an interesting story about what Disney parks is currently brainstorming to do. It's a small little segment in the video, theres a few other headlines you gotta watch before it.

use the link if the video doesnt show up

I personally think it's not a really bad idea if you're a WDW fan who enjoys Pleasure Island and Downtown Disney.

Watch and Discuss folks.

Personally I think it would be great if disney had an adults night only party at their parks like they have the christmas/halloween/or princess and pirate parties. It could be 18 and up. I have nothing against kids or people with kids (it is fun to see the little kids having fun) but It would be nice to have a night without getting my feet run over by a stroller. It probably wouldn't be an idea that would fly too well though.

The reason Walt Disney started Disneyland was so families would have a park they could enjoy together. He had been to other theme parks with his children and didn't think they were suited for the entire family. This would go against everything he tried to do.

I kinda like the idea. We don't have children yet, and my husband and I might enjoy something like that since we usually do hit up the clubs after the parks close! We'll see I guess!?

Why dont they just put rides into DTD?
Instead of a fifth gate you totally improve DTD w/ new rides/stores/club experiences. Add 'Mickey's karaoke Jam' and a massive AC and you're set

I don't think so either. The reason I love Disney so much is because it's so much fun for the whole family.

I completely agree. I'm only 19, but watching the kids of all ages around me is one of the reasons I love Disney so much. Some little kids, who I don't even know, have given me some of my best memories.

I don't think Disney would ever do a separate park for only adults.

Because it seems the plans are to dismantle the PI part of DTD and make it all shops/stores/restaurants.

I'm not gonna lie, an aduts only park at WDW would be totally cool. Just IMAGINE the possibilities knowing that only 18+ or 21+ year olds would be in the park! Jerry Springer uncens0red 3D show, Spaceship Birth...!
