Christine on Disney+ - "We currently expect Disney+ core net editions in the fourth quarter to accelerate modestly, particularly in the domestic market."

Christine on 2024 Disney+ targets -

"Excluding the impact of any significant future macro headwinds, our core Disney+ subscriber target range is 135 million to 165 million by the end of fiscal 2024. Largely consistent with previously-provided guidance that non-hot star, Disney+ subscribers in 2024 would proximate 60 to 70% of the expected 230 to 260 million total subscriber base. We are, however, updating subscriber guidance for Disney+ Hot Star to up to 80 million subscribers by the end of fiscal 2024."

"As we sit here today, we remain confident that Disney + will achieve profitability in fiscal 2024."

In other words, they're revising their guidance from 230-260 to 215-245.

Q: Doug, Credit Suisse -- what's with park trends re: demand

A: Christine: Props to Josh and team. They ramped up. Positioned for growth. Levers of demand:
-we limited APs, and they come with blackout date, which we can lift as needed
-we have not seen demand abate, in fact it's growing

Q: What was the analytics that brought about the tier pricing? Will you make more pricing changes?

A: Bob -- We started out very cheap. We invested in content, which allows us to raise price and can go farther. We're sure our churn is stable.
