It will be an interesting day. I am looking forward to the streaming numbers for all 4 services, especially Hulu and Hotstar. Disney Plus will take care of itself but Hulu and Hotstar are the hidden gems.

Let's see if Wall Street is going to ask tough questions to Iger during Q&A.

Bob, this is Jack Stern from Morgan Stanley. I, and some others in the office, want to know... just how you manage to stay so young looking.

Expectation for Disney+ subscribers to be in the 25 to 30 million range.
That is about what they originally predicted for the end of 2024 in North America. The questions and answer session should be very interesting. Will Disney updat their expectation on when Disney Plus will become profitable. I still stand by my prediction of Disney Plus becoming profitable by the end of 2022 but may move that up after seeing what the numbers are today.

Bob Iger:

Coronavirus: Thoughts and prayers. Temporarily closed Shanghai and Hong Kong.

Film: $1B+... Frozen II, SW9. $11B in calendar 2019.

Parks: Delighted with response to RotR. Most immersive ambitious technologically advanced. Fan favorite. SWL in both parks are successful.

D+ is enormously successful. Day 1 was 10 mill subs. Quarter end was 26.5 mill subs.

Monday: 28.6 mill subs. Will announce subs every quarter. Conversions from free to play and churn are favorable to D+. Four quadrants are working well. Simpsons is popular. Mandalorian!! The Child!!! (Also other Disney properties are doing will). Look for Child merch.
Three new Marvel series. Integrated into MCU.
More Mandalorian coming this year.
D+ coming internationally. India in March thru Hotstar. Premier: D+hotstar.

ESPN+ is growing. 1mill ppv from UFC.

Hulu is reorganizing more into Disney's corporate structure. Subs going up. Still looking for international. FX will be added to Hulu.
