Guest rooms at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort are set to undergo refurbishment starting mid-June 2027 through October 2028.

From mid-June 2027 through Oct. 2028, rooms at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort will undergo refurbishment. The work will happen in phases, with one themed area being refurbished at a time. Guests may see or hear maintenance work in the area during daytime hours, and alternate paths of travel may be in place until work is complete.
