Dining plan snacks

I just received my documents for our upcoming trip,i noticed the dining plan no longer offers a snack option , it has one table service, one quick service, and a refillable mug. When did this start? I guess this is the solution to people reusing their mugs year after year.

I am 99.9% positive that you still get a snack on the regular dining plan, even in 2013. Are you just looking at the documents that came in the mail, or did you read that somewhere?
