Dining Plan questions

I am sure these have been asked, but I can't find a recent thread, NOR can I find a concrete answer, so here we go:
1. If I am staying a total of 4 nights- checking in 6/4, checking out 6/8, are my dining credits per DAY or per NIGHT? I want to be sure I am maximizing our credits.
2. Can desserts be traded for appetizers? We are not dessert people, but we love appetizers.
3. Any other swaps available? I've read briefly about trading snacks, etc. I think we'd like to keep our snack credits, but I'd love to hear any tricks of the trade.

Let me also amend, if I have credits left over on the 8th, will we be able to use them? I've reserved a breakfast at BOG and I'm wondering if I still have a QS credit, if I'll be able to use it on that?

1. Your credits are per NIGHT. But you are free to use them however you wish (for example using double credits on a single day) until the credits expire at 11:59 pm on your check out day.
2. The general rule is no, desserts cannot be swapped for appetizers. Some people have had success doing so at certain table service locations so it doesn't hurt to ask.
3. Snack credits cannot be traded. What you can do is trade a QS credit for 3 snacks ~ but those 3 snacks must be purchased in the same transaction. You can also use a TS credit in place of a QS credit (but not the other way around.)

credits expire at 23:59 on your checkout date. So yes you can use it on your last day.
