Funny how it flatlined, huh?
Sane on a smaller scale for the one in Epcot

It’s like interest dies after the “grand opening review vlog” is posted…and a bit of value for the price assessment sets in

Any place that charges $19 for a cocktail made with Buffalo Trace is a hard pass in my book. But if others wish to jump through the hoops of a virtual queue and then pay an 1800% markup on a cocktail made with a "meh" bourbon (that was likely poured out of a pitcher from a large, pre-made batch), more power to them.

This entire menu is a veritable insult, but I'm sure it will be defended with "But I enjoyed it! MK NEEDED something like this!!!" by dozens.

Other than the FOMO and marketing of this money grab as limited time and act now before it’s gone, (which is like a moth to a flame for Disney Adults) what is the special experience that this dump provides? At least with the pirates booty lounge it had some interactive experiences.

I would go a step further and say ANY drink made with a 90 proof for $19 is a pass. Whether it be Buffalo Trace, Eagle Rare or even Blantons. I need a little umpff in there so I feel like I'm getting my money's worth.

I have never understood the "small bits" thing. You are paying almost full meal prices, and still a tip for 1/3 of the food. I wish Disney would re-open it as a dinner show like it used to be as the Magic Kingdom severely needs more quality sit downs.

That's because you're looking at it as a guest who cares about their money.

You need to look at it as a Disney executive. What's the cheapest way to get the most money out of a limited bit of square footage in the park? It's not offering full table service which sees fewer guests per hour and costs more to support.

Spot on. As they say, time is money. I bet they look at table turn rate just has hard a ride capacity.

Diamond Horseshoe Reservations: Tables for 4 Wide Open, Tables for 2 Hard to Find

Reservation availability at the newly reopened Diamond Horseshoe varies sharply by party size - tables for four are wide open through November, while tables for two are nearly impossible to find, with only a handful of October dates showing any availability. The gap likely comes down to seating layout, as the venue's shareable small-plates concept appears built around larger tables, making walk-ups a solid option for couples since overall demand is not the issue.
