This won’t be for the typical guest, to me it sounds geared to "Disney adults" who want a quick snack and drink but don’t want to do a whole table service experience. I think this will be popular depending on the full menu. Add in a piano player and it will be VERY popular.

I’m not keen on alcohol in MK…. But, they could easily turn this into a fun unique Baseline Tap House-esque experience for the park if they did it right.

Exactly. If Disney wants to experiment with hanging bacon and pancakes, they can do it at Disney Springs or even at a resort. Don’t put it at Frontierland at the most popular theme park in the world. You might as well put a rotating sushi bar at Pecos Bill.
