I guess I was after a specific ride encounter, from start to finish, when the effects take place, how often during the ride, etc... I do realize it will change each ride now too, which is very cool, but I was hoping for a few surprise effects also.

Basically I'm just excited about the improvements and am trying to milk all that I can out of you. :lol:

Does anyone know if there are going to be other days than just today? I'll be there 12/11 to 12/16 and would love to know if the new TOT will be working

It will be running from now onwards, the old program will not be returning.

Do you have any idea what version the Towers at DCA or Paris will use? Will they be the same basic ride design, or will new elements be introduced?

DCA is lacking the 5th dimension forward motion, the whole attraction takes place in one signle drop shaft, so I would imagine the profiles will be different.

Paris is still to get the go ahead on their Tower.

DCA's Tower will be getting the new drop profile introduced in Florida this week, as it was originally intended for DCA anyway.

Yeah, and I bet that was the "different experience" they were raving about over there compared to the one at WDW...if that is the case, they've got nothing compared to the MGM tower!

But I still wont make final judgements till it actually opens...!

Seriously, it's the term used for the big doors that open when you're in the drop shaft and let you see out over the park. I guess that the term probably came from the Horton door company.
