DCL Beer Discount Mugs

I was perusing the purchase options for our trip this summer and was disappointed to see this:

Any idea if or when the mug will return?

I'm guessing because the 25th Anniversary mug has replaced it which is a different form factor, and likely all thats available on ships currently

Here’s hoping bc I always pick one up. Beer always tastes better out of a chilled DCL mug

This reddit thread has multiple people posting that they are sold out on the Fantasy and Wish and unsure if/when they will get more.. But they will refill yours if you bring your old one (but no "token" card trade-ins because they dont have any to give)

Personally, I wouldn't. I can't imagine carrying that mug around with me all day. Plus they won't be chilled.
I have 2 glass mugs at home, and 2 paper token cards that I suppose are useless now. I used to just trade in for a card at the end, so I wouldn't need to pack my mug for my next cruise. I hope they bring them back, for you I hope to hear confirmation they are back before this Summer

I had no idea there was a beer mug shortage!

Was on the Wish last month, we brought our old mugs (plastic) and then swapped them out throughout the cruise for glass/plastic and also the tokens. Personally I always leave with a plastic mug as I travel internationally and don't trust transporting glass (although I did once and it was fine... filled them with socks and put them in the middle of clothes in my suitcase) and never trust taking a token in case the token changes and they won't accept it.

If you have a 25th anniversary blue token they will accept it on the ship I am sure, feel free to post a pic and I will let you know if its the same as what they are using.
