Daybed vs. Double-Sized Sleeper Sofa at Grand Floridian

I see that Grand Floridian lists two types of extra beds. Is there a major difference? There will be three adults in the room. Does the daybed just pull down and the sleeper sofa actually fold out into a full bed?

I have stayed at the GF twice in the last year and there is only one type of extra bed, which is the sofa. This "daybed" works like a futon. You remove the cushions. There is nothing to pull down or pull out and it accommodates one adult. Rooms with two queen beds sleep 5 and with a king bed sleep 3.
