custom cake at Epcot

Every year we go to Disney for my mom's birthday and every year I get a custom cake made for her bday meal. They have all been great (except for the one we got at Aluani). However, this year we are eating at Coral Reef and had to order the cake through Epcot dining. The woman I talked to left me less than impressed and now I'm a bit nervous that the cake won't be want I hope for. Has anyone gotten a custom cake at Epcot made and how did it come out?

I have gotten 3 custom cakes through the Epcot team - all of which were mini cakes. Do you remember who you spoke to? I draw what I want the cake to look like and then email it. Here they are:
