Current use years being sold direct from DVC????

Anybody know what the current use years are that are being sold by DVC at Riveria and Grand Floridian? Not interested in Aulani, so you can skip that one.

I have not heard of any regular UY selling out for either resort.

You can get any UY you want. They'll try a little push-back. As sales agents, it's their job to sell what Disney wants them to first!

Yes, this ^^^^

They changed the rules a while back that allows them to re-designate points to any use year. My guess is they wanted to be able to make immediate sales to buyers who request a particular use year, rather than see them walk away.

There will still be a wait list for some resorts, where they cannot ROFR contracts.

We purchased for the first time a few weeks ago at Grand Floridian and received a February use year. With everything loaded we now have Feb 2022 points and Feb 2023.
