Could Cars 2 movie mean Carsland for WDW also?

I too believe a theme change at the speedway would be a really good thing. Cars is a great fit. My son is still a Cars maniac and I have a bedroom in my house that is just nuts with cars stuff(Good thing I love it too). I am sure also some would not be happy with this. I admit I am sort of a Disney purist myself, but this just seems to fit and would work. Hope to see it someday. At least add a Cars themed ride somewhere, seems like a no brainer to me.

I think it's a safe bet that WDW will recieve some Car-themed attraction in the future.

Whether it's going to be a reincarnation of Carsland from DCA, Radiator Springs in Toon Studios from the Walt Disney Studios in Paris, a combination of both, or something entirely new, is anyone's guess at this point.

Some people have been saying that some Cars-themed attraction might open when the new Pixar Place area is build in the Disney-MGM Studios/Disney's Hollywood Studios.

I wouldn't mind seeing a Cars makeover of the Tomorrowland Indy Speedway. I'm sure they can make it really cool with new cars and the new theme. :)

I think we need something with "Cars" in it (attraction, themed area, etc.) It's definitely popular enough to warrant it's own attraction (but then again there are a lot of other popular movies/characters that have no representation in the parks). Even if they had a themed meet 'n greet area in MGM (DHS) for McQueen and Mater would be cool!
