I was able to book Gran Destino Tower - Water View from 9/15-9/21.
Trip is a total of 15 nights.
9/6-9/15 -> All Star Movies
9/15-9/21 -> Coronado Gran Destino Tower
Are you trying it on the Disney site itself? I booked the reservation 2 nights ago.

I booked a resort stay Saturday at Gran Destino for April 2020. I booked directly on the Disney website.

I just booked yesterday through a travel agent. Seems the tower isn't that much more expensive than the regular CSR rooms.

I was hoping to get something over Marathon week in January, but I can't touch anything at CSR for any of those dates. I double checked on third party sites as well. It bites because it looks like the tower rooms are less than the preferred room I'm in at CBR. Oh well.

Any reason that the Dahlia Lounge would be restricted to Coronado guests? I'd like to check it out but we may stay in the Disney Springs area instead.
