Cool Breeze Misters Clearanced @ Target

I'm sure you all have seen the mister bottles with the fan attached called "Cool Breeze". Well, went to Target the other night and got a couple for under 6 bucks on clearance. The standard package was $5.48. The bonus package with mini-fan was marked $5.98 but rang up $3.48. They only had one of them though!!

Beats the price they charge in the parks and it you weren't heading to Wal-mart, now you don't have to in order to save some $$$.

I haven't seen many vacation related items in the stores this year like the mister fans and water proof money holders, especially the rectangular ones that can hold ID (or park passes!). Get them where you can and hold on to them as I have a feeling they won't be around too much longer!

We bought one at Walmart for like $5 and never used the mist part. We bought another one at walmart without the mister for $1 and used it constantly. Anyone going to Disney in the summer should load up on the $1 portable fans. You can even clip them to your backpack or camera strap!

The reason I rarely used the mist was because there were always a bunch of other people around and I didn't want to be rude and get them wet.

I rarely go to Target, I'm more of a WalMart person. :zipit:
Yeppers, that's me. Aisle B41, down on your right hand side about halfway down.

I need a real job.........

And if it's on clearance, don't ask if there are any more--that's all there is.

People at the meet may have noticed my cheaper and for me, more convenient alternative. :animwink:

I have a tiny plastic perfume atomizer, and a folding fan. I lightly mist, then fan myself; it looks very Southern Belle-ish. Everything fits in my purse (or in my son's pocket) and I don't end up spraying anyone else. I refill the atomizer as needed.

My wife likes Wal-mart much more and I think we buy many more things at Wal-mart rather than Target. There are 2 Wal-marts within 10 miles and the closest Target is about 20 miles away. So needless to say, we go to Wal-mart much more than Target. Going to Target is more of a treat I guess!!

same here.................... but ill drive the extra 10 mile (20 round trip) to not get shot. the walmart is in the worst neighbor"hood" and you basically feel like you are going to get shot in the parking lot and especially if you get between shoppers and the PS2 games. wont make that mistake again.

No offense taken.

I had never been in a WalMart until 2 years ago when one open on the other side of town. It took me a very long time to get used to buying food & sandals (or sheets, pots & pans, etc) at the same time.
Target opened her last year in the mall (20 miles away). I'll stop in when I'm there, but WalMart is closer.

Guess I'd do the same.
I live in a nice quiet town about 45 miles north of NYC.
Locals know not to go to WalMart on the weekend because its full of people from the Bronx who travelled the hour and a half to shop for groceries.(there are no Super WalMarts between here and the city & none in the city).
Its not dangerous just crowded (unless you count fighting for parking spaces & carts).
Its a long way to travel to food shop , but if I can save about a third over the local stores, how much are they saving?

By the way we have 3 WalMarts in a 20 mile radius & the merchandise is not the same in all three. Two are in areas that are more economically depressed than the third and the merchandise reflects that. *sigh*
