Contacted by Imagineering Recruiter and now silence

3 weeks ago I was contacted by a recruiter with Walt Disney Imagineering for an initial interview and told that I would be contacted again for a video interview, but I haven't heard anything back yet. I have called her back twice to try and follow up but was only able to leave a voicemail. I assume after this much time they have changed their minds on pursuing me any further but what do y'all think?

First off that's awesome! Second, as someone who works in the entertainment industry: it's possible you're right and it's also possible the giant machine just moves really slowly. You've done pretty much everything you should. Only thing you can do now is wait.
