If ever. Wait until the next fin crisis hits. Or this current one sticks around and park attendance is way down for the next 3-5 years. All of a sudden rumors will start popping up that it is on hold indefinitely.

Maybe the MLS can get someone to do a run for them so as not to have to eat $60 boxed baloney sandwich lunches.
That looked like Fyre fest food.
Found confirmation from a guest onsite that Saratoga Springs refurbishment has resumed. This one is funded by DVC members in an account that I assume Disney cannot hold on their balance sheet, so Disney has little stake in delaying it.

Do we know how long of a delay SSE will have the delay of the overhaul to be ? Since SSE is reopening with the rest of Epcot, how soon can we exopect to be told "Ok closing soon for overhaul" dialog ?

I believe so. I thought the "no cash" policy was resort wide right now, or at least a variation of something like it.

Are they completely done with the AK entry way, the Epcot entry, or the TTC? All still had some small construction walls in the last Bioreconstruct shots.

I thought that it had been delayed/ postponed, but would be happening at a later date, to be determined when things recover a bit.

Epcot has walls around the front fountain. MK has the boat dock.

That was apparently the plan. I still think it is the case. Perhaps delayed further?
The standalone Festival Center model has been replaced with a Guardians of the Galaxy model in the Epcot Experience too...
I think it was tentatively moved to early next year. But that presumes the best case scenario for the parks to reopen.
