Construction at the American Adventure Pavilion

I noticed a building going up at the American Adventure Pavilion last week. Unfortunately I didn't snap a picture of it. It's on the right hand side of the main building. The only permit I can find for it was from January, so it's been going on for a few months now. It's vertical enough now to see over the construction walls. Did I miss a thread, or is this something new?
