Considering staying at Old Key West...for first time

Good point about using Uber to avoid buses. We've only relied on Disney transportation to get from park to park/park to resort, so we're inexperienced there. However, if Uber/Lyft is more efficient, then it would be worth it, especially if we're saving $1k.

We were in Building 54. It was wonderful. Backed up to Lake Buena Vista golf course. Very peaceful and our room was quite large. Regarding transportation, we rented a car for our stay. We took Magical Express to OKW and then rented a car from Enterprise at the "B Resort", which is about two to three miles away. MK was our biggest challenge but getting through the TTC isn't bad. Sometimes, we walked to Poly and took that monorail but only if TTC's monorail line was too long. The other parks were much easier, obviously. We also tend to resort hop and the car made that very easy. I would definitely stay there again.
