Comparing Two Specific Menu Items in Italy @ EPCOT

I'm looking to get lunch in Italy when I go to EPCOT next and was looking at the menus since I hadn't eaten there for quite some time. I'm torn between Tortiglioni at Tutto and the Fettuccine alla Panna e Gamberi at Via Napoli. Can anyone give me any insight on the relative merits of those two dishes if by chance they've had both. Also, what are the portions like, specifically for pasta at both places?

Menus do change sometimes so I could get pizza as a backup at Via Napoli if what I want isn't available.

The Tortiglioni are I believe pasta tubes in a red meat sauce made for lamb with olives and feta, I have never ordered it as the olives and feta did not sound appealing. The fettuccine are broad noodles with shrimp in a cream sauce which I enjoyed.
