They have to see that the footfall for "Frozen" when it changed from "Maletsrom" was gigantic. It copes because it is really the one of two rides that exists in that part of WS and that the other is a more sedate, less iconic themed ride. You change that to Co-Co and they will not be able to cope with the queue system, resturant and other things beside.

Can we keep things that Walt created for a change? And also, why do both parks have to mirror each other? Part of what visiting Disneyland is for is that there are different things that WDW doesn't have.

wouldnt you rather have a new area, ride, food, theming than a shoehorned overlay that would be massively crowded in an area that is already amazing. We need more rides, not the same or less. Its nice to walk into the market then ride a simple ride that you dont have to wait 45 minutes for

The thing I heard is they won’t do it because the don’t want to negativity effect the restaurant. If it started having slowing sale they might but just like chef mickeys(chef mickeys usually ranks awfully but still constantly sells out) if it ain’t broken they won’t fix it and yes an restaurant that sees like 200 feet of the ride dose greatly effect the ride in Disneys opinion.

Walt had nothing to do with the Epcot we got in the end other than the name. His Epcot was a functioning city. We ended up with an educational theme park.

There are a couple of solutions to adding Coco to the pavilion.
($) The Cheap Replacement Solution - simply overlay Coco into the existing ride system/space and reroute the queue/exit into one of the exit shops. Will require them to remove/relocate 2 shops (could relocate to the Donald M&G area outside)
($$) The Expansion Solution - an addition to the Mexico pavilion by having it next to the access gate and have a showbuilding behind the Frozen M&G.
($$$) The Grand Expensive Solution - you "expand" the showbuilding to the south (right of the pyramid facade) to include a new load/unload station & queue space. You then could theoretically keep the current layout, add more show space and avoid having to close off the shops inside. (You can route the exit into the existing pavilion).

Expansion. I heard though where Coco was to of gone in Magic Kingdom the pad is there for in the future on the side next to Big Thunder Mountain. The attraction would be different though than the one coming to DCA.

The construction would ruin the view for diners and they’d either cancel upcoming reservations or request refunds. People want their experience to be picture perfect. They’d probably have to close the restaurant for a period for that level of construction.

Meaning the gazing boats passing by the pyramid. I would suspect that area would stay the same, sure during construction meant no boats with people gliding by even if they kept the volcano erupture and lighting if they can keep it on with the ride closed idk. Thank's for the clarification.

Walt didn't create anything at EPCOT, least of all Gran Fiesta Tour.
On topic, I really don't foresee this ever happening for the simple reason of that area was not designed for an attraction that would get the attention a Coco attraction would. It just wouldn't work, at least not in its current form.

Gran Fiesta Tour is based on his movie. The ride has shades of Small World, definitely inspired by that for sure, which we all know Walt created. So in a way it is sort of his idea. You want to say Frozen is not his idea then yes, it isn't.
