That is a tough choice...but it depends on how much in France I've already seen if it's the last day...And if I'd ever return in the near future.

I would cheat and go past the Louvre on the way to DLP:p
Trust me you can't do the Louvre for an hour that's like saying you only need a couple of minutes to go the the Vatican Museum (in reality you need a full day)

I know...but on my quest to visit every Disney park in my lifetime, if this is my only time going to France, I'd be remiss if I didn't go to DLP.

But I can see my significant other pulling me to the Louvre on this hypothetical future trip and me giving in...:grumpy::p

There are several projects that (in my opinion) - Club 32 could be tasked to do
  • The Universal competition park project could be fun and change up place
  • This resort is obviously gonna need 1 or 2 hotels right off the getgo
  • A second gate cuz this resort will obviously be a smashing hit
  • more hotels
  • Downtown Disney anyone?
  • A new cruise dock sounds like the perfect time to expand the cruise ship arsenal

Or prehaps
LucasLand (we have the worlds of Disney's imagination so the next most influential)
LeeLand
Oh crap I forgot about Star Wars. I honestly think that limits what we can do with it, unless we go for a free for all park, which I'm kinda sick of seeing. Could we possibly put Star Wars in the magic kingdom park, and sprinkle marvel throughout the second park?

@D Hindley - take a look at the new Pacific Wharf and let me know what you think!

!
Looks very faithful, and very good! One additional set of simple modifications (sorry, I hate to keep doing this) in the pic below...

I've switched Club 32 and Lombard Street, which is in keeping with SF geography.

Lombard Street faces Convict Island, its most famous feature other than its twistiness. I realized I've placed a somewhat tall roller coaster structure right next to the Tower of Terror. This is intentional. From the Frontierland side, hopefully this should make the Tower seem smaller in scale, while still massive on the other side. (Pacific Wharf grows less rustic and more modern as guests move further from Frontierland.). The castle in Paris uses a similar trick, with the slope on one side making it look quainter from their Frontierland and Adventureland.

Additionally, I've added waterways separating the lands - even a trestle for the railroad and a shorebreak berm. This is meant to be like the Golden Gate crossing location, with Frontierland where the real forests are north of SF. Really great map work, BTW, space!

Sure thing! No problem at all -- and thank you!

we ruled star wars out of the firt park ( much to my dismay)
The issue with that is that Star Wars doesn't fit a theme. You either put it in a park with a bunch of different themes, or you put it in a park with two little rides to fit the theme. My best suggestion would be to do two large parks, and one mini-park completely dedicated to Star Wars.
