Cinematic Showdown #3: Potter vs LOTR

Any recommendations on two that could square-off in a showdown?

Well, there are so many to pick from! Hundreds!

Steel Magnolias v. Terms of Endearment might be the toughest choice! Kind of like Sophie's Choice.

I was just watching the Nostalgia Critic about the dumbest LOTR moments. It really is cheesy in some parts, and has very weak lines sometimes. The scenery is amazing, though. I'd have to go with LOTR overall, however I like the story to Potter better.
