I apoligize for the late posting of this news, but I only remembered it when clearing out my backpack the other day and find the complimentary 1 day hopper passes we received. SO I'm letting everyone out there who does not know this info:

Last December my family and I went to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. It was a complete washout. Torrential rain. All the shows and parades were cancelled. While exiting the park I spoke to a CM who told me to make sure and stop by City Hall. When at City Hall we were offered 1 day hopper passes in exhange for our wristbands OR we could keep the wristbands and mail them back into customer service along with our receipt in order to get a refund. I was suprised, but very happy to find this out. Two days later I was talking to some people only to discover that they were at MVMCP as well, BUT they never knew of the refund or comptd tickets.

If you already know this info, then sorry for wasting your time, if not well know you know!

Glad to know that Disney did this. That's nice. At Busch Gardens VA, if it rains you get a next day admission free. It's a good gesture and can come in handy when the torrential downpours and thunderstorms approach and the rollercoasters are closed.
