With the San Fransico facade almost done, is there any sign of the Chicago facade construction. I thought that they would have started it by now. Because aren't the Christmas lights going up on Big City Street?

this year...it's only early August. That's 4 months away...plenty of time, and there is even an extra month or so of buffer time if they fall behind, before the lights need to start going up.
