Changes to Cabanas buffet service?

I just read on another forum that guests are not being allowed to serve themselves at Cabanas. Crew members are serving instead. Can anybody verify this? I haven't seen any communication from DCL about it. Thanks.

That's normal for CC, at least that's how it always is when I'm there.

O ok, it was my first time, but the people I was with who go often said it was different. I could or they could have been mistaken.
